Analysis of Red Rose Poem Part 1

A Red, Red Rose
O my Luve is like a red, red rose
   That’s newly sprung in June;
O my Luve is like the melody
   That’s sweetly played in tune.

So fair art thou, my bonnie lass,
   So deep in luve am I;
And I will luve thee still, my dear,
   Till a’ the seas gang dry.

Till a’ the seas gang dry, my dear,
   And the rocks melt wi’ the sun;
I will love thee still, my dear,
   While the sands o’ life shall run.

And fare thee weel, my only luve!
   And fare thee weel awhile!
And I will come again, my luve,
   Though it were ten thousand mile.

Analysis :
1. The word luve in the poem, in my opinion it means love in english. The real language if i am not wrong luve comes from Scotland language means love. Why is in the poem add scotland language, it is beacause robert burns Scotland's.
2. Why is the poem contain red rose? In my opinion, the poem is about love, and the red rose is the sign of love. Why not another flower? Because in some history red rose in the first time was a white rose, some soldier want to give that white flower to girl that he loved, but they are not in the same status she is a princess in the kingdom that he live, he is a soldier m, he always in the battle to safe the kingdom. The time when he want to meet his love he got injured until his blood soak to the flower, he asked his friend to gave that flower to his love because of he knew he will died. So until now the red rose become a sign of true love.
