Education has been provided with the concept of character education. Through education,a person can be prepared to have good character and can be beneficial for those people around. Education is a right for everyone and is free, but education that is informal or outside of school. Formal education institutions or schools will usually charge payment fees. Students who in need, the government has determined that they will be given a scholarship or released from payment.
